Classes

Our classes are safe and foster a supportive, team environment.  In our classes, you will be able to learn at your own pace.   Adult men and women, complete beginners and experienced martial artists are all welcome.  Visit the schedule page for a list of class times.  Register here for a class.

Seminars

Seminars offer an opportunity to see new material and study concepts and techniques in-depth during a short period of time.  Presentations cover a variety of special topics, offer new perspectives and help jump start any new student or training group.   Seminars can be tailored to meet the interests of hosting groups.  If you are interested in hosting a seminar, please contact us for more details.   Seminar listings are available on the schedule page.

Training Groups

Often, access to the arts we teach is limited since instructors are not available in many areas.  Training groups are official clubs formed for the purpose of studying the arts when a local instructor is not available. 

Motivated individuals can join together and form a club sponsored by one of our certified instructors who will mentor the group.   Each training group will require one or more captains to organize the club.   This captain is not an instructor, but he or she will be authorized to lead the group and facilitate the training sessions.  In order to grow, each group must occasionally host a seminar or send members for special training sessions with our sponsoring instructor.   Training groups can specialize in one of the systems we offer or study multiple disciplines.

Training groups give students a chance to develop skills in the arts while building a group of friends and peers.  Membership in our training groups offers the opportunity to advance in our related programs as well as access to official rank.   Instructors of other disciplines can open a training group as a way to offer variety to their current students.  Contact us for more details on starting a group in your area.  Contact  a Training group

Private Lessons
